Apostille and certified Czech translation of foreign documents

Submit the application at the regional office (Prague: district office)

Pay the CZK 2,000 application fee

Take the citizenship oath within 12 months

Receive the citizenship certificate

Apply for a Czech ID card

Apply for a Czech passport
